CMA - Comparative Market Analysis
A CMA is very similar to what an appraiser does. We look for homes close in proximity to your home of the same age, style and size. We then adjust the values based on these differences to give you an estimation of the current market value of your home. This can be useful for selling, refinancing or eliminating mortgage insurance.
All reports are done by hand to assure the most accurate value possible. Most automated systems are $30-80k off in their estimates. We only provide the best estimates!
